In some cases, we may determine that we can significantly improve the performance, security and/or the maintainability of your website by moving it to our hosting provider: WPX Hosting. We provide this as a free-of-charge option under our support plan.
When we contact you, we will be asking you about where your domain is registered. In most cases, we may need access to your domain’s DNS settings in order to set up hosting or to possibly to resolve a problem with your website.
There is a small chance that we may find that we cannot support your site unless one or more serious problems are resolved. In that case, we will send you a cost estimate of the work required to fix them. Should you agree that that you would like us to repair your website as specified in our quote, you will be invoiced for the amount of the estimate in addition to the normal maintenance plan amount.
